General
Why should I become a member?
There are many reasons! You get exclusive benefits within Playmakers. You also get to show your pride in a local community gem. This also helps us fund our productions and events.

Do I have to sign up at the beginning of the year?
You can sign up at any point in the year. Your membership is valid for one year after purchase.

How to I sign up to become a member?
Fill out the google doc linked above. You will receive an invoice via email prompting you to complete your purchase. Do not provide purchase information on the google doc. Only complete your purchase on our secure website through the email you receive.

When will I receive my membership card and flex tickets?
When you register, you select whether you want them mailed or available to be picked up at Benton Hall. Your tickets will be mailed or available to be picked up within 7 business days of purchase.

How long is my membership good?
Your membership is valid for one year after purchase.

How do I use my discount?
Online: You will receive an individualized code on your membership card. Type that into the coupon section before checking out online.
In House: Show your membership card as you check out and the attendant will apply your discount.
Priority Seating
Does this only work flex tickets?
No, you will get priority seating whether you have flex tickets or purchase tickets online.​

How will box office and house committee know I have priority seating?
You will receive a membership card that you will show.​
Opening Weekend Reception
Is this event open to the public?
No, this will not have general tickets available for sale. However, you are welcome to bring one guest for free.​

Will alcohol be served at this event?
For children shows, there will be no alcohol served. There may be alcohol at shows with age restrictions. Advance notice of alcohol will be emailed, and ID would be required at those events.​
Special Dinner
Will this event be open to the public?
This event will be open for public ticket purchasing. As a member, you would be able to purchase additional tickets at your tiered discount.

What will the dress code be?
The dress code will be semi-formal. We want you to be comfortable!

Business Membership
What is different between an individual membership and a business membership?
A business membership will include the individual membership benefits as well as additional benefits designed specifically for a business.

How many ads are included in the membership?
You will receive four (4) ads in programs of your choice one year after purchase. The size of the ad depends on the tier purchased.

Does the ad have to be the same for each program?
No, the ad can change as often as needed. Each ad will need to be emailed to information@wilkesplaymakers.com at least one (1) month before the desired show.
